Tracy was very professional with a great attitude about his work. He explained the processes he used , the spot treatment and the actual cleaning, there were some unidentifiable spots on the carpet that he worked hard to remove and for the most part they were all removed. My carpet looks 100% better after the cleaning and I feel that it is safe to breathe. I would definitely request Tracy for future cleaning however I will be replacing all carpet with hardwood floors this spring. Does Dalworth clean HARDWOOD ?? Thanks for sending Tracy. The picture on your thank you letter that has Tracy Williams name under the picture is not the person that came to our home. Linda Rosborough

Overall satisfied with the job that was done. Technician definitely wanted us to be happy. Carpets were cleaned yesterday evening at around 7 p.m. and are still drying, so the drying time is an estimate. Still have a slight odor after cleaning, and may need to have the master re-cleaned. He didn't rake the carpet after, which you used to do. That really helps bring the pile back up in high traffic areas.

The technician was Steve Franklin and This was first time i ever used Dalworth.i have used Stanley steemer for 10 years.Steve was so very courteous and polite and did such a good job on this old carpet.I will definetly be recommending and using him again.

The tech was so friendly - he made me feel very comfortable in what he was doing and I appreciate the extra cleaning he did to some very dirty parts of my carpet. He also gave me some good advice and made me understand that the stains may be so severe that even with the cleaning they wouldn't be 100% gone - I appreciate him being truthful - not making me think my carpet would be 100% perfectly clean. I would recommend Dalworth and I will use them again in the future. The only thing that was dissappointing was how long it took the carpet to dry - I was told about 4 hours but it was more like 10, at least, before it felt dry to the touch and I could put furniture back. This doesn't change my mind about using Dalworth again, though - my carpet really looks great!!
