Jared is always great!! Wouldn't use anyone else! Your site needs to be worked on in regards to tile cleaning. I tried to book the tile cleaning online with the discount and it only showed carpets. That's why I had to call.

Thank you! With our problem with our older German Shepherd girl, Richard always is understanding and never makes us feel bad. He's always so willing to do everything he can to help us out and when he leaves, our family room smells so much fresher! I don't know what we'd do without him and Dalworth!

They missed our window & called about 10 minutes before the end of the window to say about 20 minutes away. Meanwhile, my neighbor who I gave your number to and rec'd she call - got her carpets cleaned in my window (by another tech I am told). This was a Saturday that was busy and not making our time window wasn't ideal. Usually, you all have been prompt - but was clearly a problem with scheduling this time.

To begin on a very positive note, My wife and I were very impressed by our Service Technician Brian Kelly and his assistant Brady Lakey. Both these young men were friendly and courteous, with a good sense of humor, while performing their duties in a competent and professional manner. Most important, my wife felt totally comfortable having these two very nice men visit our home, and she was immediately placed at ease by the manner in which both Brian and Brady conveyed a feeling of trust and confidence. I am utterly satisfied with the excellent service received and with the results achieved. Turning to the subject of cost vs. value received, regrettably I am less enthusiastic...especially given the relatively tiny carpet area that was addressed. Our entire home is only about 1,600 sq. ft. and the total carpeted area is but a fraction of that, with four very small bedrooms, a living room area, and a connecting hallway. I was initially attracted to Dalworth by the AMAZON Internet offering to take advantage of your "economy" service which would have resulted in a total charge under $200...an amount I deemed to be reasonable and fair. During the "purchase process," I opted to "upgrade" to the "standard" service (primarily because I thought all furniture would be moved). Subsequently, I tacked on the "pet treatment" that added another $100. The end result was that I spent almost twice my originally contemplated amount. I'm not saying that anyone with Dalworth did anything to "sell" me services that weren't necessary, because I was the one that asked for these "extra" services to be added. My only observation (remember you asked about the cost) is that I personally feel the "pet treatment" should have been an included cleaning service in anything you do for your customers, as should be the "furniture moving," such as it was. I'm just not convinced that the very limited amount of "moving furniture" that I observed, justified the extra cost. Having saiid all this...the "bottom line" here is that I plan to use Dalworth services again in the future, but next time I'll stick with the "Economy" service level...and will think very carefully before paying out an additional $50 per area for "pet treatment." For whatever it's worth, I feel Dalworth should simply charge an all-inclusive fee that "covers" ALL the services needed to properly clean the customer's carpet...PERIOD! Instead, I felt a tad like a lot of airline travelers do these days...with an extra fee for luggage, another charge for early boarding, then yet another "extra cost" for an aisle seat, a charge for a snack....and the list goes on! Very frankly, I'd much rather Dalworth tell me up front and in clear and simple terms...."Here's the cost to properly clean your carpet" ...everything NECESSARY is "included!" I am very happy with the results of our carpet cleaning experience with Dalworth. My carpet looks brighter and smells clean. It dried quickly. In fact, it was only slightly damp when Richard left. We have used several carpet cleaning companies in the past and have not been happy with any of them. There seemed to be residue left on the carpet which after drying, caused the carpet to look as bad as it did prior to cleaning. I will definitely use Dalworth again and will request Richard Hearn as my technician. Thanks for a job well-done!

This is the second time Richard Hearn has cleaned our tile and grout. The results each time were very good. I will request him again. I did not use the online order service.
