Should an accident leave you with a spot on the treated area that you cannot remove yourself, follow these steps:
- Give us a call at (469) 729-4515 or fill out the online request form
- Provide your Dreyer Clean representative with the warranty number listed on your warranty card.
- Describe how the stain happened. Example 'I spilled some red wine on the carpet.'
- We will guide you through steps to remove the spot.
- If the stain is still visible after following these steps, contact our Emergency Spot Line to schedule a return visit. A Dalworth Clean technician will come back and treat the affected area at no additional cost.
Terms and Conditions:
- This warranty does not include stains caused by pets.
- If removing the stain takes longer than 45 minutes, additional fees may be charged.
- Removing the spot is not guaranteed, and certain spills may leave permanent staining.
- We will revisit and re-treat any spots or stains that return within 30 days of the original service visit.
