My friend and I had our carpets cleaned the same day. Chris Kneedler, at 7630 Riverwood Lane, Frisco was double-charged. The tech said his swipper wasn't working right. Chris won't fill out this survery, but he was pleased with the carpet cleaning. The over-charges were corrected.
When I paid the tech, he wrote down my credit card number.. -
