Comment: Again, I tried to use you online ordering system and again it failed to apply discounts. Instead of taking 25% off it took $25 off. So again I had to call to speak to a customer rep who again did an excellent job of placing my order and giving me the correct discount, plus an additional smaller discount for my issues with the web site.
Your customer reps and your technicians are great.. so why can't you fix your online web site? I have used Dalworth for 5-6 years now and never has the web site worked right and every time I have to call and speak with a customer rep. And every time I fill out a survey I point out the issues with the web site and it appears that every time you fail to address the issues.
I would quit using Dalwoth if I had to depend just on the web site. Thank god your customer reps and technicians out shine you web site.
