• Comment: My technician was very nice and very informative. I had some old per stains that I was not sure would come out and he agreed with me. When he applied the cleaning agent, to one of the stains, he realized that the stains were going to look better but were not going to come out completely. He asked me if I just wanted him to stop the service and not charge me anything. However, I had him proceed and the stains did end up looking much better. I was very appreciative of his honesty.
