• Comment: I'm somewhat disappointed with the quality of the cleaning of my carpets this time. The cleaning job was completed rather quickly (in about 30 minutes for four rooms and a hallway). Also, the dirty water was dumped on my front walkway (my hubby was not pleased!). The technician I had a couple of years ago maybe had more experience than the ones I had this time (my carpets looked cleaner). I was not expecting them to look brand spanking new. I just expected them to look cleaner than they looked before they were cleaned. Can I get another, more experienced technician to come out and inspect my carpets again? Thanks.
