• Comment: There was one misunderstanding about the routine filter change. I was told by the representative that the technician was going to change the filters. However, the technician said they do not do that. I do not mind changing them. I would have liked being better informed so that I could have changed the filters as soon as technician was done so that the air flow was clean from the start. I will be better prepared for next time. Maybe it would be helpful for the representative and the technician to be on the same page, so that the client is prepared with what to expect or not expect. And like I said, I am ok with changing the filters, I do so every 3 months anyway. I am still happy with your service and that my family is breathing clean air. Thank you!
