Jose had a great attitude and he would be welcome back in my home.
I had two floor lamps that were left on foam blocks and were unstable. When we opened the door one of them fell and broke the globe. The floor lamp could not be moved because of the way it was plugged in, so I don't know what Jose could have done differently - I mention it though so that technicians can be aware to warn owners of potentially unstable furniture. This is not a complaint - Jose did a great job! -
