- Comment: Service technician did not wear protective covering over his shoes when he entered our home numerous times. His footprints were very evident on our hardwood floors everywhere he walked. I would have thought any company doing a cleaning service would demand that employees wear coverings over their shoes or insist they take their shoes off.
