  Your on-line order service would rate an "excellent" if you would allow returning customers to re-load their previous order. It is a pain remembering the sq ft of each room each time I order cleaning service. A log-in and password system would solve that. I can do that with my pizza order, and I keep coming back to the same vendor because of that ease. You guys would probably increase your repeat business with a web site with a "recall my last order" capability.
