As your records will reflect the first "technician" was pathetic. He refused to part right outside our garage, alleging he would receive a ticket. I assured he would not. Regardless, he then left the premises.
The second and real "technician" was outstanding. In fact, the next time we use your services, I want to same person to service our home. -
