• Comment: Because this was Easter weekend , and we needed the tile floor done before we installed the store fixtures in this Mall. Johnson & Murphy shoes. I would pay extra $400 for this work to be done on Easter weekend, that $ would go to the service tech as overtime so I could get this done. I wanted to insure that the 2 service tech got the extra overtime money that was shown on the invoice. We speaking to the sales rep that i had stated that I would pay extra to service techs to work saturday night easter weekend and was assured that at least %60 of the 400 would go to the service techs. I was assured that would happen. Was that done? This was a old ground up grant tiles with no sealer and the new client was using this floor, but because it had further shadows we needed a service to lighted the main floor, which was accomplished by your tech's who worked really hard to accommodate me.
