• Comment: Major Problem - Certain stains remained - which in and of itself is not a problem. WE were rescheduled for a return visit on Thurs between 3 and 5 pm. arrival time important because I had a meeting in the room at 6:30 pm. I called in at 4:45 and told that the technician was delayed at his current location. I SHOULD HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED. scheduled personnel to accommodate his visit and our meeting setup. I am now scheduled for 8:00 to 8:30 this morning. I have to let the carpet dry quickly enough to do a room setup by days end for early Mon. Morning. Thank you.
