Comment: I made my appointment 4 weeks ahead and was scheduled from 9-11. I called at 10:30 to see where the technician was and was told that he would be arriving at 11:10. He arrived at 11:20 and started working around 11:30. I had another appointment scheduled for 12:00 and needed to leave. 10% was discounted due to the fact that Dalworth did not notify me that the technician would be late and the technician knocked off the pet enzyme fee. I think Dalworth does a great job of cleaning which why I continue to use them, but I do not like tardiness and would think the earlier a person makes the appointment should count for where he falls into the appointment line-up.
