• Comment: I was told there would be polish included with the service and told by tech that it's actually additional $492. The floor was not cleaned very well. There were many smudge spots on the floor which took me over an hour to clean by hand. I was disappointed in the hardwood floor cleaning and hope my upcoming tile floor cleaning is better than this.
