• Comment: I only use Dalworth to clean our carpet. I was confused as to the use of the fans. The technician told me they were not figured in the plan, so I called and the rep told me they were not included. I have always had the drying fans in every trip that Dalworth has made.
  The rep told me I could have it done for 15.00 extra, so I paid the fee. I have never had this occur that I can remember and we have always had fans to dry.
  The job was done very good, but it was a little bit more saturated than usual. I would not think of using anyone other than Dalworth.
  
  The second question was late arrival. They were not late, but an hour early.
