• Comment: Now that everything is dry, there are still some stains that I am very surprised did not come out. I did not watch the process but perhaps enough time was not taken on treating spots???? The agreement says I have 10 days to be totally satisfied. I would hate for them to have to lug in all the hoses again but do they have perhaps a smaller handheld machine to try these spots a bit harder?
