• Comment: We were promised the technician would arrive between 3 and 5 pm. He did not arrive until almost 6 pm. We have a memorial service today (the day after the cleaning) for the loss of a family member, with so many people coming to visit our home. We had no choice but to wait for your staff. We were supposed to be at a related event at 6:30 pm which is why the 3-5 timeframe was so critical.
