Comment: Overall, very good. The only exception (and it is minor) is that when I made my appointment on the phone, they told me someone would call me when the tech was on his way - which they did and that is important to me since I have 5 dogs to get blocked out of the area. However, I specifically asked that they call on my cell phone - which was already in your records I believe, but instead they called on my land line. The trouble with that is I had some calls to make on my land line and I knew it might be busy if they tried to call on that, so I gave them my cell phone number which is normally free. That's the only complaint and everything worked out fine.........Diane Combs
