• Comment: The tech did a poor job of cleaning up. Much of the mess from cleaning the air ducts could have been avoided by putting plastic over furniture. Instead nothing was done and they used their hands to wipe of the dirt from our furniture. This results in scratches left all over our furtniture. They did a fair job of vacuuming but left some dirt on the floors. Not a good experience.
