• Comment: 3.&4.&5. Roger was exemplary. in attitude, appearance and conscientiousness. Excellent attention to detail, very courteous.
  6. I seldom make referrals. However, I had used Dalworth in the past and chose you again after using other companies in recent years.
  7. I am not sure how long the carpets stayed damp. I didn't repeatedly check.
  8. All carpet cleaning/stain removal/odor remediation/etc services are expensive, especially since I have a large house, a cat and two dogs (one of which stains carpets repeatedly). Your prices are reasonable, within expectations, and consistent with the level of stains/dirt I needed to get handled. But to feel like a bargain, I'd need to feel "treated' (by a lower total price or inclusion of discounted carpet protection spray). While facing a bill of over $800, I was offered carpet protection spray for an additional $200 and that part seemed over priced.
