• Comment: The service person Kris Barrett was very professional and courteous. The only thing I had a problem with is he did not have on a Dalworth badge with his name on it , so I ask him for some type of ID. He was gracious and presented his driver's license.
  
  In the future, a safe thing to do for your clients, other than a phone call about the technician that will be coming to your home, would be a badge.
  
  We can never be too safe these days.
