Our customer contacted us because they had a light colored sofa that was showing dirt and had pet hair.  We cleaned both the cushions, sofa back and the arms of the sofa.  The customer had been concerned they would have to replace the sofa and was thrilled with all the stains we were able to remove, making it look almost like new.
