Collin did amazing job

Fast, friendly, on time, quility work. Used Dal Worth for 30 plus years! Will continue.

Rudy was very thorough, communicated great! Very professional.

We had our carpets and an area rug cleaned today. From scheduling to the service it has been a breeze and delight to work with this Dalworth team. Richard Hearn was our tech onsite and the level of customer service he provided was top-notch! He was super friendly and informative plus really great at his job! We will definitely be a return customer and refer him to any and everyone! Thank you for making our carpets look new again and for being so great to work with! If I could 10 stars I would!

Our technician, Rudy, was personable and professional. He did a wonderful job of cleaning our couches and we are delighted with the result! We highly recommend!

I am well aware of the negative reviews re Dalworth Cleaning Rug/Carpets in DFW area, including bait and switch and over-pricing. However, I had no issues with the young gentleman, Ryder, who came to our home. On time, very good with our dogs, no high pressure sales pitch, willing to explain everything, willing to work with us/be flexible, finished the job very quickly. Yes, he explained we would have to get a $800 clean for one room to guarantee permanent removal of dog urine, but I simply paid approximately $200 and told him do what you can. Room smelled absolutely wonderful after his work and looks like brand new carpet.

The Dalworth office and technicians were wonderful! They got me scheduled when they were really booked and the technicians showed up on time and did a great job! I highly recommend and I definitely will be using them again.

DalWorth Carpet and Floor cleaning did an excellent job! Very professional and polite while delivering exactly the promises made when I booked the appointment, for the price they committed to.

Josh came to clean our dryer vent, and he was on time, kind, and professional. He communicated effectively before and during the appointment. He reviewed the estimate before starting, explained what he would be doing, and followed up with before and after photos of the inside of the vent tubing. He was thorough, efficient, and respectful of our time and property.

Dalworth just cleaned my carpets. Marcus Jeffery did a wonderful job. My carpet looks brand new. He was professional, quick, on time, and got the animal vomit up. Can't even tell it was ever there. I recommend Dalworth 100%.
When I called for an appointment, Jayme added a coupon that people don't get if they do online appointments. Thank you!!!!

Richard was outstanding. Did Tile cleaning and rug cleaning and all look like new. Many Thanks.

Richard provided excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We’ll definitely use this service again and highly recommend him.

Dalworth Clean Technician Mr. Vadim was on time and very courteous. He was very knowledgeable in his field of work and did his job perfectly. Our carpet looks as good as new now. I would definitely recommend Dalworth Clean to my friends and family

David did an outstanding job getting out stains we thought were permanently imbedded in our carpets. In addition he was polite, helpful, and conscientious. We will definitely recommend Dalworth to our friends. We are most pleased.

Amazing service with Richard Hearns. I cannot recommend him enough!

David was the carpet tech and he was amazing!!!. I can tell his heart is to help the customer in the best way possible. He was very knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction which saved us money also

Wonderful techs and outstanding service!

Had a Dalworth duct cleaning and never knew how bad we needed one until it was done. The allergens and dander are way down and I am having to change my filter way less often. Miguel was very professional and walked us through the process.

Vadim did an outstanding job cleaning my stair carpet. He explained the process, applied a pretreatment, then went over the stairs multiple times to make sure they were clean. Afterwards, he described how drying occurs and timeframe before use. I was so impressed that next is duct cleaning! Everyone I have spoken with at Dalworth clean has been professional and personable. Services are affordable and scheduling appointments very easy. I highly recommend the company for flooring and duct cleaning services. Thank you!

Chris Leitner and Jesse did a great job today. The carpet looks fantastic and the upholstery cleaning they did looks amazing as well. Both men were respectful and professional in all their interactions. I highly recommend them!

Ken & Raul at Dalworth Clean in Texas are great ! Excellent service - and super nice guys also !! Only the best !

100 percent a great company and great customer service. Ken was great and gave us a fair price. Cj did an absolutely phenomenal job cleaning our shop floor. Couldn't be happier!!

Had water damage from a broken pipe. The mitigation crew was great. Adrian and his guys came almost immediately and set up fans to dry. They came out several times to check on the fans and how things were going. Walked me through the process of what would happen to repair the damage. Had to move entire house out to replace flooring. Lisa and her moving team were fantastic. The packers did a great job with our belongings. The crew that moved us back in also unpacked and set everything back up which is extremely helpful. Lisa can pretty much work miracles to get things done and goes above and beyond to help.
