• Comment: The guys that came out were very friendly. They apologized for being late and explained that they were sent from across town during rush hour traffic. They explained their process and got to work almost immediately. Another company had told me I had black mold and when your team inspected they showed me there were no signs of mold. My only complaint is that the dryer vent, in the attic, was not attached properly after cleaning. This was pointed out to me as a fire hazard by the air conditioner installers that came out later in the week.
