• Comment: I loved my service guy, Ricky Buller. He was so nice and he did an amazing job on my carpets. I had several bad experiences with the previous guy, TJ Baker so I stopped using Dalworth. I am now going to use your company again. Thank you.
  
  I rated the On-Line service fair because the detailed differences between economy and standard are not visible during the order process when using a phone. I had to back out to see what was included.
