• Comment: Brian Marshall and Freddie Bravo were excellent technicians and good representatives of Dalworth. With 30 of the technicians' departure the carpeting in several of the rooms developed "mountains" of loose rippling. I was very concerned that the carpets were damaged or would need to be rest retched. I immediately call the office. Justine encouraged me to wait until carpeting was completely dry to re-evaluate then to call back. The next morning the "mountains"were no longer apparent.
  I would have preferred the technician alert me to the possibility of this rippling effect to allay my concerns. This seemed like an oversight in customer care.
