• Comment: Consider having a chart on service levels and room size options readily available for review during order process (maybe on the page where you click to start the order process). I was unclear about the specifics for premium service and also struggled a bit when trying to decide where my room sizes fell on the fly.
  I liked that the tech was flexible regarding our specific requests.
