• Comment: Technician arrived about an hour earlier than the scheduled time frame but offered to come back at the scheduled time if it was inconvenient at the time of his arrival. I was home and close to finishing up my vacuuming so it was ok. My only recommendation would be for the technician to call when en route, if feasible. The tech was very professional in his responses and workmanship.
