• Comment: The technician was great.
  The only thing is that the phone representative told me that they would lift the mattress off and clean below the bed. The technician said that they did not do it for King size bed. The phone rep should have said so. Since I was paying for the premium service. I expected that below the bed would be cleaned.
  The tech did the best he could. This should have been explained by the phone rep.
  Anyways, My carpet does look clean
