• Comment: This is the second time we have had Vinny as our technician. He is very knowledgeable and thorough in cleaning. He takes the time to ensure that the customer is satisfied with his work. He was on time and friendly when he arrived. He takes pride in his job.
  
  There were a few stains that just would not come out. I appreciated the fact that he took the time to point them and and explain that they didn't come out.
  
  Jenny was my phone representative. She was friendly, quick and thorough. I appreciated the fact that she took the time to search for other appointments to meet my needs. Top notch.
