• Comment: Jose was outstanding!!!! Best service technician ever. Our street took a direct hit from the devastating tornado that hit Rowlett. Jose expressed his concern...he was so kind. He was also extremely professional and knowledgeable. He really knew what he was doing. When my husband came home from work he said, "it looks like we have brand new carpet...I can't believe the stains are gone."
