A few areas did not come clean but we did not realize it until it dried. The technician was great. If we knew we had trouble areas we would have told the technician. He did ask in advance. The carpet is only 2 years old and 100 % nylon so I am pretty certain we can get it clean.
Again the technician was very good. -
