• Comment: The technician was very good, but when I decided to have my walk-in shower cleaned (good job) he told me it would have been easier if he had a step stool for the high up shower tiles. I told him there was one in the closet a few feet away (so I can grab things on the high up shelves), He told me he does not like to use customers' things. It was a small plastic step that would have made his job easier. I wish he would have given me the option. That is why I make myself available for these kinds of services.
