• Comment: I would like to express my extreme appreciation for the customer service that Dalworth Clean has extended to me on behalf of my daughter. Unlike Spring cleaning, the need to get a home ready for a love one to return home to after a very life-threatening surgery can get very stressful. The uncertainty of the hospital release and all that must be done before hand, one needs to be able to hear someone say, NO PROBLEM, when do you need us? I got exactly that from Dalworth Clean, Director of Sales, Rick Maloney. Rick was very understanding and made sure that he sent out a two-man crew with great review scores. Jay and Neil were very respectable and provided excellent customer service. They walked us through all that they were doing and eased our minds on how clean the carpets will be after they are done. The service rendered by Dalworth Clean had taken such a load of all that we needed to do. I strongly recommend Dalworth Clean for their excellent Customer Service, for the superb job that Jay and Neil did on the carpets and most of all for the respect and understanding that was rendered to us during this stressful time.
