• Comment: The tech was on time and did a terrific job! My 12 year old beige carpet had many dog-related stains, including one from a tail-swiped glass of red soda that happened months ago, and I wasn't expecting much improvement but I wanted to know it was clean because I'm expecting company. Boy, was I wrong – my carpet looks better than I ever thought possible!!
