• Comment: I appreciated being able to place my request online, but I wondered if someone should have looked at the stretching beforehand so I would know what that cost before the technician arrived. Also, my tech was excellent, but I felt badly for him working alone and having to move all the furniture by himself. It also takes much longer with one person doing it all, and that also meant a long day for ME. Send two guys on a carpet stretching job, please.
