• Comment: I rated the phone representative "fair" because I was left with the understanding that your service would buff out light scuffs on my flooring. If this turns out to be a simple misunderstanding on my part, I would rate his service as "excellent." He was friendly and responsive. Chris, the technician, was outstanding. He educated me on my current flooring versus flooring I've owned in older homes, and saved us all from a situation where I would be unhappy with the service you provided. He then cleaned my carpets, leaving them looking new. Thanks!
