• Comment: Great job. I would do it more often if if was a little cheaper. Stairs and landing were the most time-consuming and you can see that there's some wear on those. I think you should provide a traffic pattern service. I'd do it monthly if I could do it for $50 or so. It could be at Dalworth's convenience with 24 hour advance notice to round out work schedule. Probably wouldn't take more than 45 mins. L. Vela
