• Comment: Began my order online then followed up with a phone call to discuss price issues. The quote I received omitted one large other room (living, dining, den). When Marcus pointed this out to me, I explained that all rooms were reported by me and I did not wish to pay more than the quoted price. After discussing the matter, he agreed to go ahead with the job honoring the quoted price. I appreciated his communication skills as well as his ability to make a decision on the spot. Marcus has now cleaned our carpets three times. We could not ask for better service and better results. It was raining on the day our carpets were cleaned. Marcus explained that it might take a little longer than the normal four hours due to the the humidiity. It did take longer but having been forewarned, we accepted the situation for what it was. Dalworth Clean is our go-to service for great carpet cleaning!
