Told phone representative that this was a move out cleaning and needed to be scheduled late in the day, which it was (4-6pm). Received two calls wanting to know if they could come earlier. Caller knew it was a move out cleaning.
Why would you call me a week ahead of time to say that there was someone in the area that could come then? -
