• Comment: We had wood floor refinished so drying time for carpets question was not applicable. The technicians performing the work were very courteous and professional in every manner. They demonstrated knowledge and skill in addressing issues with our wood floors, There were congenial but worked vigorously to complete the work in a timely manner. We are very satisfied with their work and probably more importantly to Dalworth is that they well represented the Dalworth brand and reputation. We have used Dalworth for many, many years for carpets and floors and will continue to do so based on the quality of performance and professionalism as represented by the technicians yesterday.
