• Comment: Your rep., Mr. James Coleman did a very thorough job on our living room and guest bedroom. Carpet really looked nice to me and my wife was satisfied, which is the important thing. He was right on time and worked on those 2 rooms for an hour and a half. Left absolutely no mess and told us exactly what to do afterwards. I would definitely have him come back. Reason I checked only "fair" on price is that I have no basis for comparison except all the ads I hear. The price was closer to "good bargain" than "slightly high" and your very nice phone rep gave us a 10% discount as repeat customers. Bottom line is that we were happy and would call you again.
