I am a very loyal customer and have been very disappointed since your loss of Jarrod Alford, then you send an awful tech, so I used another company which I was not happy, then came back. ALL your techs could learn a lot from CHRIS...his attitude, his knowledge and his professionalism is what your company needs to have in all your service technicians.
