- Comment: First tech arrived at 9:20 and had problem with water pressure and had to contact a co-worker. Co-worker arrived at 12:00noon and was able to do the job. I appreciate that I didn't have to reschedule. Tech was very kind, friendly and professional. Listened to my instructions/concerns and got right to work.
