• Comment: The technician was helping me remove smelly, allergy-causing, lung-irritating residue from my 2 week old carpet. It had a strong newsprint smell to it that got on the dogs and caused us some health issues. We had washed the carpet 3 times ourselves making a small dent in it, so Dalworth was our last effort to keep the carpet installed. I didn't think it would help much, but it really did take almost all of the smell away and my lungs didn't hurt that night for the first time in 2 weeks. I'm so relieved that we could find a solution to something that was causing my family a lot of stress. I'm thinking one more cleaning might get rid of all the smell (aside from normal new carpet off-gas) once and for all. I'll probably be booking another appointment soon. Thank you so much!
