The technician was courteous and seemed very capable. I had to have him come back to touch up a few spots which he did successfully. I spoke with Kate several time on the phone concerning a pervious carpet striching we had done with the same area of carpeting by Walworth a 1 1/2 years ago. Kate worked with us in giving us a reasonable discount.
