After carpet dried several spots reappeared. I called and left a message on your message center. Also, I believe the technician turned on my Jacuzzi tub switch instead of the fan and it ran for about six hours before I went into the room. He and I were the only ones in the house. He was very nice, but not satisfied with quality of service.
