- Comment: I really liked the tech and thought he tried to get my carpets cleaned. No complaints there. However they are still not dry in some areas and all the spots are back. The carpet that had no soil looks great but the areas that I specifically wanted to clean look the same as before he came so the cleaning did me no good. i do not blame the tech, he tried, I guess your process just is not what I need to get my carpet s cleaned.
